bldg fund, LLC is a Black-owned production management company that commissions and cultivates place-based projects. These include artist-led initiatives, inventor-led social enterprises, and community-led institutions. Operating as thought partners and co-producers on radical ideas, we lend our expertise in arts management and business development to strengthen the foundation of these ventures. Together with our partners, we strive to encourage civic participation and engagement; build community wealth; and deliver systemic impact in Black and Brown neighborhoods.
